HSI Films acquires i Models

You might have already noticed some changes or heard that a transition was taking place, but we are pleased to announce that iModels has reached an agreement with Sir Steven Saxton, CEO/Chairman and Prince Faisal S. Al Saud, Vice Chairman of Hollywood Studios International to invest into the growth and success of the agency. Hollywood Studios International is a holding company that owns and manages several entertainment companies, with offices in LA, NY, London, Dubai, and Hong Kong. They are very excited to help us build our agency, and we are ecstatic about this opportunity.

Hollywood Studios International is also the parent company to Artist International, a management/production company that focuses on actors, writers, and directors. After looking at all of our options and consulting with some branding experts, we've decided to use this transition to also re-brand our agency, changing the name from iModels to Models International. We chose this to reflect our ambition to create a company that can take advantage of new opportunities and expanding markets globally. This new name also matches Artist International to assist in generating synergy with Hollywood Studios International's other holdings.

We are very excited about this acquisition as it will allow us to expand and give more attention to model and client development. Models International will remain at the same offices with the same phone numbers in Beverly Hills and New York. We are confident that this will be the beginning of an exciting season of growth and success.
